Family and friends traveled from Tara and Eric's home state of Michigan to celebrate these two in carnival-themed style at Tihsreed Lodge, nestled in the mountains of Florissant, CO.

They began the day getting ready with their bridal party at separate cabins on the Tihsreed property. Tara’s brothers were part of the bridal party, and she bought them matching red robes, so the two fit right in! Eric and his groomsmen snuck in a few rounds of cards as they got ready together - you’ll have to look through the photos to see what happened to the loser!

After their first look in an Aspen grove, it was time to make our way over to the ceremony site. The field of tall, golden grass with a view overlooking the mountains in the distance set the scene as Tara’s dad walked her to Eric and sent her off with a twirl at the end of the aisle. Their intimate vows had everyone in tears as they shared personal stories of each other and their journey to this moment. They wasted no time in popping some bubbly and cheering to a new chapter after they tied the knot!

Their reception had a personalized touch in nearly every detail, from dinosaur place cards and vintage table settings to yard games that even included throwing knives! The wedding came to a close with family and friends sharing stories next to the fire and dancing the night away under the starry night sky!
