Crested Butte Wedding at Ten Peaks – Crested Butte, CO

Crested Butte Wedding Photos

Jessa & Reid’s Crested Butte wedding at Ten Peaks, part of Crested Butte Mountain Resort, was an incredible day defined by wildflower-filled landscapes, sweeping mountain views, and a special ceremony to unite these two!

Jessa and Reid started their morning at the Grand Lodge, getting ready for their Crested Butte wedding. For their first look, they headed to Mt. Crested Butte Campground. The landscape was packed with purple and yellow wildflowers and wide-open views toward Snodgrass Mountain. Everywhere you turned there was color and depth, it was stunning.

After the first look, everyone headed up to Ten Peaks at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. We took wedding party photos in a field across from the Umbrella Bar, right at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. The bridesmaids wore bright floral colors that popped against the greens and purples in the landscape, and the groomsmen wore colorful boutonnieres that added just enough detail to tie things together without looking uniform.

We also took portraits of Jessa on her own before the ceremony, and one detail stood out immediately: her wildflower veil. We loved this tailored piece that was uniquely hers.

Soon it was time for the ceremony to begin. If you’ve ever been up to Ten Peaks, you can tell why it’s a favorite. The views from the ceremony site are expansive, with mountains wrapping around the space in every direction. It’s scenic in a way that doesn’t require much decoration, because the environment all you need. These two read some very sweet, heartfelt vows to each other on the most beautiful day surrounded in a sea of colorful wildflowers and it was perfect in all the ways!

After the ceremony, we stepped away for newlywed portraits across the way in a field of glowing purple wildflowers at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. The light in that part of the day helped too—bright enough to keep everything crisp, but warm enough to make the landscape feel dimensional.

From there, the day moved into the reception, and the tone shifted quickly from scenic and calm to full-on celebration. Their evening was energetic and social! Everyone had so much fun dancing to Bad Bunny among other great Latina artists.

As the sun started to dip behind the peaks, the tent filled up and the dance floor stayed busy. As evening settled in, the temperature dropped into that familiar cool mountain air and blue hour set in. Jessa and Reid spent the night surrounded by their favorite people, moving easily between hugs and long stretches of nonstop dancing as the music kept the pace. They newlyweds made a special effort to catch up with all of their guests and thank them for making the trek out to Colorado to celebrate with them!

Between songs, people lingered at the edges of the tent to catch up and take in the views before heading right back to the dance floor. The playlist leaned into Bad Bunny and other Latina artists, which kept things upbeat and personal to the couple’s style. Even with all the motion and excitement, Jessa and Reid made time to step aside for a few quiet moments together, soaking in what the day had become.

By the end of the night, their Crested Butte wedding felt like a whirlwind—in the best way—set in one of the most beautiful places in Colorado. It was the kind of celebration that balanced scenery and real moments. Congratulations guys!
