SPRING DENVER BOTANIC GARDEN WEDDING

DENVER, CO

Maggie & Marc tied the knot in early May amid the charm and beauty of the blossoming flowers for their Denver Botanic Garden wedding. As Colorado wedding photographers, it’s been on our bucket list to photograph at the botanic garden during this time of year. So, we were grateful that the stars aligned for this magical wedding that kicked-off our 2023 season.

Maggie and Marc got ready with their friends at Hotel Clio, a luxurious hotel in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. The hotel provided a spacious and elegant environment for everyone to prepare for the day. The morning of the wedding, both Maggie and Marc had their family and closest friends with them to share in the excitement and anticipation. They enjoyed each other’s company as they got ready for the ceremony.

As Maggie’s friends helped her into her wedding gown, they couldn’t help but feel emotional. They had known Maggie for years and they were touched by the beauty of the moment and the significance it carried.

When it was time, we headed over to the Denver Botanic Gardens. We weren’t quite sure how difficult it would be to navigate the gardens on a busy Saturday afternoon with hundreds of visitors on such a beautiful spring day, but the bustling crowds made way for the bride and groom as they met up for their first look, which was a special moment together.

Spring is a magical time for a Denver Botanic Garden wedding in Colorado. As the snow melts away, the gardens come alive with vibrant blooms and lush greenery. The gardens are filled with a stunning array of flowers, including tulips and blossoming crabapple trees, creating a colorful and fragrant display that is truly breathtaking.

Before their wedding ceremony, we took Maggie and Marc for couple portraits among the colorful blooms and tulips near the annual garden. The colorful array of flowers made our job so much fun and we had a great time creatively layering with the landscape.

Maggie and Marc’s wedding day was a special occasion not just for them, but for their family and friends as well. Maggie’s sister officiated their ceremony, giving their wedding a sweet and personal touch. Their wedding ceremony was filled with laughter, tears, and joy, thanks in part to their heartfelt and humorous vows. Maggie and Marc took the time to craft their own vows, and the result was a touching and unforgettable ceremony that left everyone in attendance laughing. As they recited their vows, there were tears of joy and laughter in the eyes of their family and friends. It was an authentic exchange that perfectly captured the essence of their love for one another.

During their wedding reception, the newlyweds were the center of attention. As they made their grand entrance, everyone cheered and applauded, welcoming them into the celebration. Throughout the reception, Maggie & Marc enjoyed the company of their family and friends, taking time to dance, mingle, and celebrate.

As the night wore on, Maggie and Marc hit the dance floor with their friends, ready to dance the night away. The DJ played a mix of classic and contemporary hits, and the newlyweds were in their element. At one point, Celine Dion’s song “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now” came on and Maggie and Marc took center stage as their friends circled around them and they all belted the lyrics. It was one of the most memorable moments of the night!

Congratulations to Maggie & Marc! Enjoy some of our favorite moments from Denver Botanic Garden wedding!
